PREVIEW BERLIN - THE EMERGING ART FAIR

Preview Berlin was launched in 2005 as a joint effort by Förderkoje®, Galerie Jarmuschek und Partner, Galerie Kuttner Siebert and loop - raum für aktuelle kunst. Preview Berlin is a platform from which a new generation of galleries and project spaces can introduce and promote the work of their artistic prodigies. The primary focus is on the exciting work of emerging artists from the explosive art scene in Berlin, as well as from other international hotbeds of artistic production. Preview Berlin coincides with the Art Forum Berlin as an enrichment of the already established art fair market.

You could call it a stroke of luck – with our new location for Preview Berlin – The Emerging Art Fair, we have found the perfect location. The former hangar at Berlin Tempelhof Airport is as unique in its history as in its architecture. The hall of HANGAR2 which has a width of 45m and a length of 82m, is covered by an airy steel construction with a continuous height of 18m. With 4.200 m2 exhibition space and more than 600 m2 gallery space, our new venue offers the perfect place for the 57 national and international galleries which we will present in 2008.
