9.30 a.m (halb zehn)

In 1991 the interdisciplinary group "10 o'clock" (10 Uhr) was founded by the architects Bernd Mey and Christian Pantzer and the artist Ralf Schmitt; interim also the filmmaker Bernhard Schreiner had been a member of the group; currently it has only two actors: Bernd Mey and Ralf Schmitt, now sporadically labeling "9.30 a.m."
